1. lf the OTP error message appears when logging in for the first time, the following reasons mayapply

​1.1 The wrong OTP was entered

​1.2 lf it was copied, it may be due to an extra space

2. lf the OTP error message appears repeatedly, th,llowing reasons may apply

​​2.1 The OTP entered is not the latest OTP sent. Please enter the latest OTP to log in
