User Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement applies to your access and use of products and services provided by Xthings Unify Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").

2. Account and Security

You should properly keep your account information and must not provide it to others. You shall bear the risks caused by improper safekeeping of your account.

3. Code of Conduct

When using the Platform, you shall comply with laws and regulations, and shall not publish or spread illegal, harmful or infringing content, nor interfere with the normal operation of the system.

4. Change and Suspension of Service

The Platform reserves the right to maintain, upgrade, adjust or suspend services according to operational needs, and will announce it in advance as much as possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform does not assume responsibility for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party reasons.

6. Agreement Updates

The Platform may update this agreement according to business development. Your continued use of the service after the update will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised agreement.
